HyperPLM
Product Lifecycle Management built for motorsports. Enterprise product-data principles without enterprise PLM overhead.
Problem
Traditional enterprise PLM platforms are too expensive, complex, and slow for small race teams. At the other extreme, spreadsheets and shared folders make it hard to answer basic questions: Which revision is on the car? Where is the latest setup sheet? Which events used this component? Who changed the suspension pickup drawing?
Approach
HyperPLM is a practical middle ground — structured enough to protect engineering knowledge, but fast enough to use in a race shop or trailer. It draws directly on aerospace product-data and Teamcenter/PLM workflow experience, applied to the realities of a small team.
Capabilities
- Parts & part-number management, revision tracking
- Assemblies, bills of material, recursive BOM structures, where-used searches
- CAD file management, setup-sheet storage, document revision history
- Check-in / check-out, release workflows, role-based permissions
- Vehicle configuration, race- and test-event organization, checklists
- Change history — a record of who changed what — and Excel exports

AlphaForgeAI
A research and development platform for collecting market data, engineering features, training machine-learning models, validating signals, and presenting decision-support intelligence.
What it is
An engineering, research, and software project — experimental by design. It emphasizes disciplined evaluation: forward validation, confidence calibration, model-promotion gates, and risk controls, rather than any claim of guaranteed performance.
Technical scope
- Data acquisition & API ingestion; cleaning and validation
- Feature engineering over time-series data
- XGBoost classification, hyperparameter optimization, walk-forward & holdout evaluation
- Confidence thresholds, calibration, and model-promotion criteria
- Pipelines with DuckDB & Parquet; REST APIs with FastAPI
- Cloud Run & Docker; scheduled automation, dashboards, monitoring
Presented as a research and decision-support platform. No proprietary trading logic, private thresholds, or account details are published.

Contractor Operations Portal
Field data and property management — a mobile-focused, role-based platform to organize subcontractor operations across winter and green-season property services.
Origin
The product grew from direct experience running field operations and recognizing that paper logs, text messages, and disconnected spreadsheets do not provide reliable operational visibility.
Features
- Admin, manager, and subcontractor roles
- Property records, addresses, site information, maps and gate codes
- Contract obligations; winter-operations and green-service logs
- Time tracking, material usage, property- and product-level reporting
- Spreadsheet import; mobile-friendly interface
Case Study · Additive Manufacturing

- Creality Ender 3 Pro
- Modified printers & hot ends
- Bambu Lab H2D
- PLA
- PETG
- Carbon-fiber-filled
- Engineering filaments
- Drying & moisture control
- Enclosed printing
Skills
- Design for additive manufacturing
- Jigs & fixtures
- Functional components
- CAD-to-print workflows
- Tolerance testing
- Dimensional tuning
- Slicer configuration
- Nozzle & hot-end selection
- Printer modification
